Shannon is the Owner and Operater of Toasted Associates. Born and raised in St.Pete; she is an avid paddle boarder and enjoys being on the water. She is devoted to her daughter, her work and the City of St Petersburg.
Being a theater major, this fearless leader loves to entertain. She has been in the service industry for 20+ years and has the ability to create a "flawless" experience.  Currently certified and credentialed, this concierge is bound enchant!

OUR STORY

My Uncle Bob, Robert Gruber, was in the Navy stationed in Louisiana.  In 1982, Bob was paralyzed from the waist down while serving. It just happened to be the same year I was born so I only knew him in the chair. We lived close, so we spent a lot of time together. He collected an array of Nautical and Western decor that beautified his home. After his death on March 18th 2012, an upstairs area was built out into a pub in Bob's memory and adorned the walls with his beautiful collections.  He always had the door open to anyone who wanted to have a good time, so that is what we will continue to do in his memory. ​
